Allan is an excellent coach and physical therapist. As someone with poor mechanics, Allan has been able to help me improve my running technique via practice, drills, and recognizing the need for new orthotics. He worked hand-in-hand with my orthotics technician to get the right solution for me. The results are amazing! Less pain, more fun!
